I didn't start using Tip.It until I was around lvl 30. If I were you, just go to Lumbridge. But watch out for side accounts! I once gave full addy to a lvl 30 character and he turned out to be a pure with more money than me! lol!

Well, the prices of rares went up a lot since Duke Freedom and Cursed You got banned. They had many rares in their banks....All gone!

I doubt it would matter if you were banned 4 years ago or 4 minutes ago. Whether you were macroing or just lagging, Jagex is not known for being merciful.
