If you want some Ranging advice, try going through Tip.It's Range Guide. And I recommend using a short bow. Try ranging on the guards outside the Black Knights' castle from Ice mountain. They can't reach you there.

I'm guessing you're F2P. Let's say it takes you 2 minutes for one run, with 27 ess(for air tiara add +1) so: 27x5= 135xp/2 minutes so that would be 30 runs x 135 xp = 4050 xp per hour Hope that helps. ~Dragon_lord was here~

I find power-runecraftin easy when you set your mind on doing. I advanced 20 runecrafting levels in a few days without a runner. Prayer is what I find the hardest to train, without Ectofuncus anyway... Basically nothing is hard when you put some effort into it.

I'm sorry you don't like it but this is your problem. Defence pures aren't against the rules and Jagex isn't going to change that to please other noob pures. You just have to deal with it, just like the rest of us deal with having to deal with hundreds of pures such as yourself the second we are in the wilderness.

You only get xp for each rune essence you runecraft. Not for the amount of runes you get. My personnal choice is fire runes because you can sell them and could therefore regain part of the money spent on the ess. Plus there is only 0.5 xp difference, and the fire altar is closer to a bank.

Well, Rimmignton is reputed as auto-mining central, plus it's not close to any bank. I'd recommend the mines south-east of Varrock.
