Those pets are done by different teams. Pay2win team has always time to animate their pets while Ninja team has not.

Took me 5 minutes in google to find out your previous runescape names, rl name, email and one of it's previous passwords. Might be a good idea to make a brand new email with a random name unrelated to anything, set it up with 2 step recovery and only use it for Runescape.com. Make sure you don't have any ships with the new adventurers out over the daily reset time. Use the statue thingys to attract them. Other than that, it's pure rng.

The English legend is based on RuneScape. Trust me we studied it in school. This is how I found out about RS and started playing the game. How could I not play a game powerful enough to start real life legends!

I think the limited quantity bit applies only for the lower prices, then it's still available for all, just at a higher price. That's true, except for the first tab that only has 1500 of each item.
