The maximum time for rollback is 15 minutes - they make copy of the game state every 15 minutes. As for the items, it would depend on a lot of things: Did you buy the mask from GE or from a player on w2? Was the guy who sold the mask to GE also on w2, if he was, did he log out w2 before the crash? Did the guy, who sold you the mask in trade, leave w2 before the crash happened? Unless you know those answers(which is impossible) you can't really tell.
