Wrong, there used to be a skip button but they removed it together with the demo mode. (in the new dragon tutorial). There also is a skip tutorial button in RS Classic. I have tons of accs with 1wc+mining+9hp, some on tutorial island, nothing rare about them.

Was your clan part of the MB era? Yes. Why do you think Mb was not as active as it was when pvp world were introduced? MB was all about loot. Does your clan still pk at Mb at times? No.
