  1. Thanks for the tip. I'll remember to stay clear of FasterFox. BTW, some websites won't allow access if you're using a web accelerator of some kind, and will break your login for that matter. So yes, I would concur that Web Accelerators are rather much useless. ~Mr. Devnull
  2. Slightly off-topic...: Corporate ones, especially poorly designed ones? Yes, they are pretty bad. :( ... Things that get to nose around the PC? Can't be implemented with RuneScape, and are pretty awful in themselves. It would effectively be a case of MicroSoft DRM all over again, but worse. :( ... Personal ones like ZoneAlarm Pro? They aren't bad at all. In fact, they're pretty good. :) ... 'Nuff said. Back to the topic. ~Mr. Devnull
  3. I seriously hope you're joking. :( ~Mr. Devnull
  4. Okay, time to quit running me over. Read further in this post... Someone else's idea of using a "CAPTCHA Test" (as they are called) seems to be the best idea in this thread so far. Especially if Jagex used proper "image munging" on each and every test. It would have a 100% chance of stopping autoers, and is now the idea I officially support. 8-) ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  5. Granted, you die from the sickness and go to some afterlife. I wish I could have thought of something better for that. ~Mr. Devnull
  6. I got this one: Because a lot of people know there is a greater power in the universe that made everything there needed to be for humans to exist and build the additional things to assist them in their lives. Now for another question...: Why are there atheists? ~Mr. Devnull
  7. Check the guy who I quoted at http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?p=3851823#3851823 ... He/she thinks they know who already... :-s ~Mr. Devnull
  8. Okay, but I think half of my intent with my question got missed... Does Weird-Al do any original content? :-s ~Mr. Devnull
  9. Follow the link I put up one post back. The creators of FireFox will be able to help you better than most anyone else here. ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  10. What??? An end to all scamming??? ALL of the legitimate players would love to see an end to scamming!!! =D> ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  11. Okay, there's no people dying on MY watch! ***Summons the entirety of his powers and brings Shinyblade99 back to life with them, then raises a shield to protect Shinyblade99 and himself...*** Now that we're safe inside this shield, WHOM do you think are the group of Mystery Editors??? :-s ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  12. Hey, it'd work for me, along with the usual holiday stuff. :) ~Mr. Devnull
  13. You may wish to head to http://forums.mozillazine.org/ and search for anything relating to your problem. Make sure to try at least a few different searches. :) ~Mr. Devnull
  14. 383 ... When I was talking about killing them, I meant killing (also known as banning) the account, not the person. Gee whiz................... -.- ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  15. Alright. BTW, most antivirus programs would flag activity from a java app similar to this as viral activity, so I am sure Jagex would not get far with the idea. Doing something like this right would also force Jagex to leave the Web Games industry, which would ruin their user base. Sorry to have to be the "8-ball" that shot the idea down so hard. I guess in some odd way, you could call me a "privacy freak". :? ~Mr. D. V. Devnull
  16. Check http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2monster_id=22 for the list of drops. 8-) ~Mr. Devnull
  17. 385 ... Heh, reporting is how I kill those who break rule #7 ... I'm surprised you didn't figure that one out. (I'm obviously joking, since you already know that I kill them through the reports.) ~Mr. Devnull
  18. 387 ... -.- ~Mr. Devnull
  19. I'll just point to my last post in the thread running parallel to this one... http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?p=3850546#3850546 ~Mr. Devnull
  20. 389 ... I don't think anyone with that username exists. And anyway, we KNOW you meant it as fiction! ~Mr. Devnull
  21. Where you put it is an idea, but I would prefer it near the top-right of the compass or the control panel... :-k ...It just feels like it would work better. ~Mr. Devnull
  22. Look again... The date has been moved! I think out host is having trouble assembling the rest of the criminals!!! :ohnoes: Dang, there went a good event! ~Mr. Devnull
  23. Maybe this extra bank space should be locked behind a tough F2P quest with a requirement of "Must have completed Dragon Slayer"??? :-s I personally feel this would now be the best way to implement it, as it could have different size bonuses based on whether you are F2P or P2P... P2P gets 40 spaces (5 rows)... F2P gets the wanted 12 spaces (1.5 rows)... At least this would be one way of making F2P'ers work for it, if Jagex won't just give it right out. :-k Personally, I'd like to see extra spaces become possible for F2P'ers, one way or another. Honestly, I was hoping the original idea would just up and happen. 12 spaces is enough expansion for me to be "happy as a clam"... :) ~Mr. Devnull
  24. NO WAY THAT WILL HAPPEN!!! I and my parents won't allow spyware and/or malware from Jagex, period!!! This PC belongs to me and my parents, NOT Jagex. I'm sure many of the good people on these forums will agree with me that Jagex HAS NO SAY IN WHAT WE DO WITH OUR PC's, PERIOD!!! 'Nuff said. Your idea holds no water, life_mage12. ***Walks off with the headache this has given him... :x ...*** ~Mr. D. V.
