Heck, I'd like to see the multiple-mode idea. Especially the "Explicit-Only Option", so I could talk normally (no swearing or sex-talk, obviously) and be understood instead of being blasted confusing. :) ...This option would work for you too, because you wouldn't see any swearing, but you'd still be able to talk to others properly. I'll bet you hate seeing a lot of your words getting bleeped even though they don't violate rules and are fully valid, right? :)

Keep in mind, they would also have to give you a way to get it again if you had to destroy it for any reason. :wink:

Even better, they should have made the Colored Boots for the mage instead of for the warrior. Would have been much better that way, actually making sure to NOT penalize one or more of the 3 fighting modes. Jagex actually slapped people playing as mages in the face with that update, especially on F2P...

Heck, they should allow capitals for single letters, especially in situations like: "You and I should go into Varrock Sewers to kill Moss Giants." and "Well this was a crazy idea. =S" (the "=S" is a twisted lip emote, obviously) But instead, we end up with crud like: "You and i should go into varrock sewers to kill moss giants." and "Well this was a crazy idea. =*" (the "=*" was meant to be a twisted lip emote, obviously, but got ruined by the blasted word filter.) Which, sadly, looks like an immature 6-year-old wrote it. :cry: This whole thing with the filter has gone too far, and it does NOT matter whether you're P2P or F2P... It needs to be fixed, 'post haste'... ('post haste' means something equivalent to "like 6 months ago", for those who do not know.)

RIGHT ON!!! There actually is one minigame at this point in F2P, and that is the new "Stronghold Of Security" area, at least in the manner of how I see it. I will admit, it is no "Castle Wars" or "Void Knights" or "Dwarven Blast Furnace"... but at least it is something. :) yeah i was kinda omitting that cuz, as a member, that plays no major role in the the game((my opinion)) but yeah i guess u have a point Not entirely... unluckily, they attached no quest or anything to the Stronghold, which means that some players (sadly) will never look inside that place. :cry: Jagex should have at least given players the opportunity to hand that green book to Litara, in trade for say a quest point or some gp or runes or something. :(

Just wear armor that gives you a high negative value on your Magic. For example, using Rune Armor or Dragonhide Armor will drop your Magic Offense bonus to the -40s. At that rate, you rarely hit. I've seen people downstairs of the Magic Guild in full Bronze armor with a Mud Staff, continuously casting Curse on the Zombies with the 100k Body Runes they've bought upstairs. Just one question for you guys... Who wants to have to click their mouse to death anyway?!?!?!? NOT ME!!! :notalk:

Hmm. I don't think there's a dungeon under Al Kharid at the moment. There's also that huge area spanning from Draynor Manor to the area between Varrock and Al Kharid. There is one dungeon down there. The "H.A.M. Dungeon", a members' area... But I would bet there is a lot of space around it, so yeah, there should be a good spot to drop yet another dungeon. :)

not if you wear full metal armor so that every time you cast, your curse fails to take effect (you still get the same exp by casting the spell) that way, you can keep cursing the same monster over and over only problem is that on f2p, you might succeed once your mage level exceeds 65 (75 if you don't use a staff) Still though, best to combine the curse/weaken/confuse with stuff like Fire Strike. Instead of just gaining exp, you can kick @** and get gp too! :)

Don't get your expectations too high. Jagex has made some real flops, like the 2006-06-06 Falador Massacre... That day will never be forgotten. :( [Edit]

An additional note: Once you use stuff like weaken/curse/confuse, you have to wait about 10 minutes before that specific spell may be used again, because it takes that long for the immunity to further hits from the spell to wear off. And btw, Edgeville Bank is closest to the Mind Altar Entry. Trips through Level 4 Wilderness are usually 99.95% safe. Although my personal experience is that it is more like 99.9995% safe. As others have said, save some run energy (like 85%+!!!) so you can run if needs be. 'Nuff said.

You'll have to go with the Fire Strike. Why? Because curse only works maybe 1 time in 10 minutes on a target. Why? Because after you launch stuff like curse/weaken/confuse, the target becomes temporarily immune to further hits from the spell. :( And btw, craft fire and mind runes. I know it takes a bit of patience, but it is well worth it. And if you have more than about 400 body runes, you have far too many. Sell a bunch to Aubury in Varrock and Betty in Port Sarim. Get some cash for the crafting. :)
