Too many, I randomly examine things multiple times and right click monsters/people all the time while fighting, while examining the surroundings and monster. And my 99s took alot of clicking too.

Hit a 43 without Dharoks many times? I doubt you can hit about 25 without dharoks, and while Dharoks is effective when used correctly, getting to low enough hp in PVP is not really worth hitting a 40 when a simple hit off 1 or 2 would kill you.
