I wish you all the best but 13m exp is required for 99 wc, you don't even had 1m exp yet, not to pour water on your goal, but maybe you should lower it in the time frame you've given yourself.

As a 99 wc'er myself, I know it not possible for you to get 99 from 66 in 2 weeks, maybe 6-8 weeks. Anyway goodluck.

You choose to go over the ditch and get it, where as before lurers exploited the game to make them look like they're out of the wilderness so the unsuspecting player would go into the wild and loose their items, this isn't really luring as you go into the wild under your own free will and the warning signs are there and if you die when you choose yourself to go into the wild then it's your fault for being naive.
