  1. Please, this is not the place to start comparing fansites. Please stay on topic. And by the way, if you want a price guide, there IS one available right here on our forums: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=529047
  2. That's right, and we do not plan on adding street price anytime soon. Item prices fluctuate too much, and it would be too labour-intensive to keep the database up to date with the most current street prices. We do not want to be held responsible for any decisions made by users based on street prices that may be outdated.
  3. This week, we̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ve published a special edition of the Tip.It Times to tie into the long-awaited release of the Items Database. Feel free to discuss the article or post any comments. A special Christmas Edition of the Tip.It Times will be published on Sunday, 24th December. If you have any criticism about the present article, please make sure it's constructive! :D Click here to read the rest of this article.
  4. Yes, it's finally here! Tip.It is extremely proud to present the official release of our Items Database! We have been working on the database for a very long time indeed, and while we could have released it before now, we preferred to wait and make sure that we could provide you with a quality product. While our Items Database is not fully complete yet, it does contain some 4,000 items, and more are being added daily. On behalf of the entire Tip.It staff, I'd like to thank the Tip.It Crew and our tireless team of Item Researchers for the excellent work they've done to get this wonderful new feature to you before Christmas! Excellent job, everyone! The link to the new database is under the DATABASES heading along the left-hand side of the main website's Home Page. And if you have any information to submit for the new Items Database, please submit it here.
  5. You must complete the Priest in Peril Quest to get into Morytania.
  6. I found a spelling mistake (o my gosh). Nothing bad just pointing that out o and btw its *if*. Not a spelling mistake - it's a typo. In any event, fixed.
  7. This week's Tip.It Times has been released. Feel free to discuss the article or post any comments. If you have any criticism, please make sure it's constructive! :D Click here to read the rest of this article.
  8. Geez I didn't notice that, congratz to me! The reason I went with Lordofrah1's idea was that he wasn't suggesting a new topic - he simply suggested we re-feature the very first one as we had to pull the Weekly Hot Topic right after we implemented it.
  9. Well no, not really. I will be opening a special topic for suggestions very soon - so you can suggest all the topics you like when that's done.
  10. We have a board just for suggestions like this - it's called the Website Discussion & Suggestions forum. You can post your ideas there.
  11. Post your pictures in the appropriate topic on this board. For Treasure Trails, use this topic: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=222585
  12. Sz didnt see that section Dark :wall: No problem, that's what I figured  I just thought I would mention it so that all comments/corrections remain in one spot where the Crew can find them. If the comments are all over the place, we may end up missing something.
  13. We are in the process of updating our maps. In future, corrections and/or comments about the World and Wilderness maps should be posted to the Atlas: World and Wild topic.
  14. This week's Tip.It Times has been released. Feel free to discuss the article or post any comments. If you have any criticism, please make sure it's constructive! :D Click here to read the rest of this article.
  15. It was a server problem, it wasn't the topic's fault. But you bring up a very interesting point -- very good idea to have a repeat of the original "Hot Topic". We'll do that bext week. Thanks for suggesting it.
  16. OK, time for another bone. So far, you know that Eeeeediot was the original Editor when the Tip.It Times started last year. And you also know that he's no longer the Editor. Let's see, that's about it, isn't it? OK, well here goes. There are NOT multiple editors. There is only ONE. There has been more than one Editor since the Times published its first piece, but never more than one at a time. That's all I'm telling you. Please remember that the Tip.It Times called An Important Meeting Takes Place was a work of fiction, done all in good fun -- the idea for that piece was born from things said and discussed in this very topic. Yes, there are hints scattered throughout the article, but they're very vague and not that easy to spot. And the main storyline about there being multiple editors? Pure fantasy.
  17. We are in the process of adding a whole slew of new mods as we speak. We know it can sometimes be difficult when not all mods are as active as we'd like, but please remember that we are all volunteers here, doing the best we can with the time we have. But as I said, we have new mods coming in, please be patient. Thanks
  18. Well that's nice. The sarcasm, we can do without. If you don't care for the topic, fine, that's your right. But that doesn't mean that everyone shares your opinion. The topic has had over 2000 views in the last day, so obviously, not everyone shares your opinion.
  19. Merged other topic into this one - McGuff1
  20. Next time, try looking in our Treasure Trails Guide.
  21. The Zezima interview IS one of ours. Here's the link: http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?times=39 And be sure to check out our other articles in the Tip.It Times Archives.
  22. How is socked away a spelling error? It's a perfectly acceptable expression. From Dictionary.com:
  23. Fixed, thanks for pointing these out. Have to have a word with the Editor about these... Sorry about that, sometimes editing kinda musses thing up. Fixed now.
