tails707, please don't bump old topics. This question was answered in April 2005, there's no need for you to expand on the answer a year and a half later.
  3. Post any comments or corrections about the Hunter Guide here. [this topic was cleaned on 11/27. If you did not receive guide credit, someone else submitted the info before you. We are very grateful to all who submit detailed info from ingame experimentation - THANKS!]
  4. This latest article was not written by the Editor. Is was written by Caisadi.
  5. You can talk to ME. The Tip.It Times is under my area of responsibility, as it's part of the website.
  6. ROFL, E, I had to! They made me do it!!!
  7. Gee thanks, but compliments aren't necessary. You just happened to post when I was on, is all. Besides, I've been watching this topic very carefully, for I find it extremely interesting and amusing. Good luck on your research, but please, don't spend too much time on something that really isn't that important in the grand scheme of things! ~Kiara
  8. You have my word. No published piece will be touched. Now that, I can't answer. Sorry.
  9. That's enough. Stop flaming the author, he's just upset that I didn't publish his article the second I received it. Having said this, though, Caisadi, your last diatribe is NOT acceptable, it was totally uncalled for, and there will be consequences. I do not take orders from you. And I've already addressed removing your article - I will do no such thing. If this dicussion moves any further off topic, or if the flaming continues, the topic will be locked. Constructive criticism is acceptable, pointless flaming and insults are NOT. And about your copyright threat - good luck with that. You might want to read this disclaimer on our About page:
  10. I'm sorry, but you should have contacted me sooner if you wanted to withdraw your article. I'm sure you understand, decisions on guest articles need to be made quickly, and we don't have the time to get "permission" to publish an article that's already been submitted for publication. Once you submit an article, permission is to publish implied. It has to be - for what other reason would someone submit an article, if not for publication? We also reserve the right to publish a submitted guest article when we see fit. The only time we try to get one out sooner is when the topic is truly time-sensitive, or we've asked a writer to write one for us, that kind of thing. You can't expect us to drop everything and change all our plans and publish a user's article right after they submit it, can you? We receive dozens of articles each month, and we can't publish all of them, nor would we want to. Bottom line is, if you didn't want your article published, you should have PM'd me as soon as you changed your mind. Waiting until we publish your article and then complaining about it when some users say they don't like it and then blaming ME is kind of a cop-out, IMO. And BTW, it's not our responsibility to check to make sure your stats haven't changed. Couldn't you have simply let us know that your stats had been changed? We're sorry you changed your mind about having your piece appear in the Times, but it's too late now. I will not remove the article because you're having second thoughts after reading users' comments. No. And one last thing - I don't think your article stinks. If I did, I wouldn't have published it.

  12. This board is for Website Suggestions, not for the Forum. Moved.
  13. not to mention when i was interested in actually writing for tip.it times (after which i became massively bogged down in homework), eeeeediot was the one coordinating it all. hmm, this is my first post here in... some months... OK I'll throw you all a bone. Senor Tamale is absolutely correct. When the Times first started, Eeeeediot WAS the Editor. No joke, I'm not lying. But please remember that E has been gone from the staff here for quite some time now (almost a year, if I remember correctly), and he hasn't been the Editor since before he left.
  14. This guide is now available on the main Tip.It website: http://tip.it/runescape/?page=dagannoth_kings.htm
  15. Well now, isn't that a nice thing to say? Tell you what...if you can hold down a full-time job, have kids, be the Crew Leader and administer the forums here AND THEN still find enough time to play the game enough to get your stats up, then you must be a magician. I'm not.
  16. I have solved your code! It's Slacker! :D #-o
  17. You didn't actually think we would, did you???? Aw come on, relax a little! That comment has nothing to do with the player S1acker, and everything to do with one character in the story calling another character lazy. Why do you read so much into one little statement that was supposed to be funny?
  18. Post any comments/corrections for the Dagannoth Kings Monster Hunting Guide here.

  21. Post any comments/corrections for the Other Capes guide here. Do NOT post any corrections for the Capes of Achievement Guide here. Comments and/or corrections for the Capes of Achievement Guide should be posted here.
  22. Listen, folks. I just wanted to mention that for those of you who are hoping the Editor's identity will be revealed in this Friday's Times, please don't get your hopes up. I never said anything of the sort! From what I understand, the Editor has been kept amused by reading your guesses on this thread, and decided it would be fun to write an article about everyone trying to guess his or her identity. Seeing as how I'm not the Editor, I can̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t be sure about the details of the upcoming article, but I̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m pretty certain the writer̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s identity won̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t be revealed ̢̢̮ââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Ãâ hints maybe, but not revealed. Please remember that.
  23. I didn't say anything in the article. The Editor's writing it, remember? And if you're talking about my news announcement, all I said was that this Friday's article would be about the Editor's identity - I didn't say that the Editor would reveal it... as I said, you'll all have to read to find out!
  24. Really??? Funny, I don't remember saying THAT in today's announcement... oh well, I guess we'll find out Friday, won't we?
  25. No, sorry, I can't say.
