  1. I'm only going to say this once. It's almost impossible to come up with a hard-hitting, controversial article each and every week. Please don't ask us to. And why do we publish every week? Because you, our users asked us to. You cannot imagine how many PM's I get and how many topics get posted when we miss a week. We have over 100,000 users on our forums, and not all of them agree that we should ONLY publish highly controversial, hard-hitting editorials. And I'm not even counting our main site users that do not have a forum account. And what is an editorial? An opinion. What the Editor writes is HIS OPINION, and while you're free to disagree, that's the point behind an editorial. But that doesn't mean he's wrong. Or right. If you prefer, we can reduce our articles to once a month if you're opposed to "filler", as you call it. And I don't call this article "filler" at all. It's an editorial. We can't keep publishing articles on a weekly basis if you only want a specific kind of article. That's the bottom line. And you know, if you don't like the subjectmatter of the article, you're free to not read it.
  2. You mean faily instead of fairly in this sentence? That's a typo, not a spelling mistake. In any event, it's fixed.

  11. Also, the numbers and letters on your map represent the number of paces you must take, and in which direction to take them in. So when it says 2E, you need to take 2 steps to the East. As McGuff said, find the location that's pictured on your map -- stand right to the North of the picnic table shown on your map, then take the number of steps in the directions shown on your map. When you get to the spot indicated by the X on your map, DIG.
  12. You sure you had your clue scroll with you when you spoke to him? It won't work if you don't have your clue in your inventory. BTW, moved to Clues forum.
  13. As already mentioned, we have all the clues, we're not missing any. And if we are, we would prefer that people let us know about that so we can add them to our Treasure Trails Guide. There's a sticky at the top of this forum with more explanations about submitting new clues.

  23. Yes, it's possible. The only time you have to fight a wizard on a level 3 clue is when you're digging on a Coordinates clue. So if your trail didn't have a coordinates clue in it, that's why. Refer to our Treasure Trails Guide for more information on coordinates clues.
