How do you suggest it be introduced Ren0gade?

I wish they would raise level cap and add new benefit to existing skills. I personally have 3 skill that would be close to level 105 if it exist, would be nice. :)

For me it is more than necessary, it is vital. I won't be playing hd until this is fixed because the social aspect of Runescape is the best part and I need to be able to read what people say.
