  1. *looks at title* ;) Anyways I would go with big bones, with the time saved burying you can easily make up the difference of coins spent.
  2. People whom are in the same clan chat as me.
  3. How would that effect you? Jagex is not taking anything away from members. That is a point numerous people don't seem to "get". I believe some people have a superiority complex stemming from the fact that they, or in many cases their parents, pay money to Jagex in order to gain certain benefits (commonly known as membership). I have said it so many times before yet I suppose another repetition of this can't hurt: When Jagex decides for a particular aspect of THEIR game to be include in the free version of Runescape, guess what... that same aspect will also be included in the members version! Wonderful concept isn't it? It is a win-win situation for everyone aside from the select few who feel they are the only ones entitled to any updates whatsoever. -.-
  4. Well you really couldn't compare this broom to any of the items you mentioned unless for example Santa hats allowed members to teleport via Santa's sleigh and did nothing on F2P. What I mean to say is that this item has a purpose for members and not for F2P, that is the key distinction. It's not a criticism, merely a fact.
  5. I cannot think of a situation in which I would need such a powerful food in F2P anyways. #-o But as far as your suggestion goes I like it. Difficult food to make yielding a very powerful food, sounds good to me.
  6. There are existing topics regarding this, use them. :
  7. Unless F2P players can't retrieve it after the quest goes P2P only and Maggie disappears from the F2P world. Then we're stuck with a useless broom...in our banks  I am stuck with nothing, I will drop that sucker...
  8. It would be extremely unlikely and in most cases impossible to one hit someone.
  9. I have been playing 3 years and have ALL the items I need in my bank and even random event items which I don't need. There was a time when I had a full bank (before the increased bank) so I dropped some random event clothes. I have since gathered those random event sets again and still have at least 10 free bank slots. It all comes down to managing with what you have.
  10. Granted it is a useless item but hey, better a useless broom than NO broom right? ;)
  11. I remember all sorts of weird bugs similar to this when hd first came out.
  12. [hide=] [/hide] Great idea, the 50% power bit is very good, this would allow you to sacrifice defence for a bit more attack while (presumably) not overpowering the dual wield option. While the initial post is not the most detailed suggestion, input from other users in the thread has proved to be quite detailed.
  13. Well I notice your initial question is whether player moderators are worthy of the crown... From what I know player moderators actual abilities include their reports being higher priority as they have already proven that they send good reports and the ability to temporarily mute someone if they are especially disruptive in game. The fact that they have a crown is truly irrelevant, in fact I would bet that 90% of the people who "want to be player moderators" really only want the crown that comes with it. It gets them special attention. If no crown came with the job I am sure they would no longer have the desire to be a moderator. I suppose for some of them they feel it will be a power trip. Just because someone is inexperienced in Runescape, that does not affect their ability to know, abide by, and enforce the rules of the game. Similarly, just because someone knows everything about Runescape does not mean they provide good reports or even abide by all the rules all the time.
  14. lol yea, and dual whip doesnt seem right.. though they could only make it possible up to rune. or maybe have it so theres two sets of the weaps. have like the regular right hand weap. and then have something like "rune scimmy (dw)" which would cost double or more in price so dual weilding wouldnt be for the people who dont wanna loose alot for pking or monster killing. Good thought, it would be better if it was a separate item as you mentioned so that it could have a higher price. I think it would be nice if the only way to obtain the dual wield versions of the weapons was through smithers.
  15. Break it into manageable chunks. These days I break goals into increments of 5.
  16. I really don't know how long it took me, I reached it within my first year of playing though (2005/2006) and chopped 90% yews. I switched to willows when the bots overtook the yews. I never had a goal of getting 99 woodcutting, I just gathered yews for money and the levels came. Those were good times.
  17. Please use the already existing thread regarding this.
  18. Moved.
  19. Happy Halloween PS ores are buyable now so i'm back in business. \
  20. Perhaps freaky forester can give them as reward as well? :-k
  21. There is no apprentice, it is members only.
