The best is by far fly fishing in Barbarian Village or Lumbridge.

My suggestion is is simple yet useful one. Currently when burning you always go to the west, I suggest that hold ctrl while firemakeing would make you burn to the east. Hobo gave me 500 log today so I and others were burning some log today, a few people got levels which I went to congratulate them - then I made my way back to dungeon to train. 17.3M Defence reached!

Cooking is a useful skill. That is one that you can invest money into quite easily as well.

I myself went to Crandor, killed moss giants, and buried their bones. That managed to get me 60 prayer. Same method can be applied to hill giants. Yes they are crowded, just have to be fast.

I think you have good a point there, I know I for one would go pk if all we would gain/lose is a gravestone. And if the new minigame matches people up to other random opponent where they can fight for loot then I think it is win win for everyone.

You say that this is the average, as I have said before I believe this is not the average or typical that you have listed. True, there are some people that fit the criteria you have listed but on the other hand there are many that fit none of those criteria. I know this first hand. Example - You go to Varrock and see a scammer. Who is he scamming? Honest players. What is everyone else doing in the town? Perhaps a quest, killing a guard, any number of things. But that scammer in the bank is not the average player.

What would it matter if they pked in rares? Just means they have less defence bonuses (no helm). Therefore it would be to their opponents advantage.
