Way to generalise. What he is saying is that anyone will have access to the forums, so anyone can just create a new char and lolspam away, because who cares if the new char gets banned. You know that some people spam just because they are bored. So forums open for f2p probably isn't a good idea, I know I would get tempted to create a new account and yell around and stuff. What happens when you spin flax? You get bow strings. What do you do with bow strings? Use them in a very exciting skill called fletching. Wouldn't it be a bit weird to create something completely unusable for f2p? Bow strings would be alot cheaper :-k [/hide] Now thats a thought, but in the long run I think too many f2pers will be asking for fletching since they can make bowstrings and it will get out of hand. Agreed. Without fletching bowstrings are useless.

That is a false statistic. Anyways, try them both out and record your exp rates. This will give you the answer you are seeking.

I see many posts making reference to a 126 f2p vs a 138 member being statistically equal in f2p, but for a moment lets try something new. I am a lvl 115 f2p with 90 attack, 99 defence and 90 strength. If summoning is members only I could be higher stats than a lvl 125 member who has trained summoning in f2p worlds. Granted the wilderness is gone so that would not be affected but it would be somewhat deceiving in other areas such as duels or clan wars. Again, these minigames don't really matter in terms of losing anything but the fact remains.

Deserve and deserve...I don't think the people in the Jagex tower goes around thinking ..."What does F2p deserve and what do they not deserve?" It's more like, "What is needed to add to F2p so we can get more members?" Don't look at F2p'ers and P2p'ers as 2 different races because it's a game and Jagex is the owner, the decision maker, the mighty god of RuneScape and the company that have a goal to keep their game alive, please their costumers and make a profit of their work. No matter what you call F2p'ers, Freeloaders, F2p garbage, leechers, whiners etc. It won't change Jagex decision to update F2p or not update. Calling us bad names simply makes you look like an idiot infront of other people. Deserve? It's not like you work to make the game better, you simply pay to play the whole game. I am gratefull to what I get and so should everyone else be whether they pay or not and everyone should have the right to complain whether they pay or not after all without some critizism Jagex wouldn't be able to fix what's wrong. I usually go to the spot near the middle, though if another person shows up I tend to move to the northwest corner after they become non aggressive.

Just to clear things up, keep in mind the exp rates in f2p for melee are maximum of 35-40k/hour. I know for a fact that members have a time advantage.
