The elf's level could be based on your combat level so it could be a challenge for everyone! Poor skillers though.

These are estimates because my memory stinks :XD: but.. I believe they're pretty common to uncommon. I think I got 5 in the half hour I was there killing the 108's. Either way I got 5 in the time I was there. Someone can elaborate/verify this if they want : .

Kill the Elf Warrior (108) or the Elf Warrior (90) for them. If they drop elf crystals, it'll be in 0 charge or 1 charge. Lletya is a good place to find them. There's also a Prayer Altar in the city so you can use prayer on them if you want.

Yes pretty much any of those. Keep in mind, you can't buy or use gilded armour though.

No, both the shortcut and access to the death altar are only available once you meet Thorgel the Dwarf, meaning you do have to do the maze. Buying or already having a Death Talisman just eliminates the 50 item scavanger list that you have to do at the end. Otherwise the Quest would be really easy, instead of one of the hardest quests in RS.

Alright, well for herbs you're best bet would be putting 10 on Herbs and the other 5 where ever you would like because you can't put those last 5 on Flax (for the herb seeds). For 10 days (100%) you'll get 605 herbs and 5 herb seeds. I'm not too sure on how much of each herb you get. If you put those 10 workers on Flax instead, you'll get 12500 flax but 20 herb seeds instead. Not sure how you want to go about this. EDIT: If you want, you could look through this thread for people who did it as well.

Depends on when you plan on using it. In the Brimhaven agility arena, if your agility is lowered due to the poison darts, Stat Restore potions won't raise them back. Only Super Restores and Agility Potions help there. Otherwise it's as raven22346 said.

Yes I agree with the 10 on maples and 5 on flax method. I don't like selling coal. :? But I usually craft all my flax, doubling my profit from the flax because the bow strings can be sold at 200 each.

The Mystic Mud Staff requires 40 attack and 40 magic. I think the regular mud staff only needs the magic though.

Triquos has a white magic staff, purchased from the white knights. Peronix has a pharoah's sceptre from the mini-game, Pyramind Plunder.

The name does not really suit the system that you posted. A party system typically has a group of players that train together for better exp gain. This is more of just a group PKing system that allows for easier clan PKing and such, but does not benefit people much outside of the wilderness because there is no mention of shared experience.

Nope, as I said in the 1st post, the judges will be judging the costumes on more than just cost. People won't win just because they have holiday items or other rare items. Also, new rule in place... For those who do not include an RSN in their post (unless it's in their profile, not signatures) will not be added to the first page meaning they will not be entered in the contest until they submit it with a name. If yours did not, and has a (RSN?) next to your name on the first page, please add it but you won't be deleted.
