I thought it was established if you bring your approval rating upto 100% before collecting, you'll receive loot as if it was 100% the whole time...

In the second picture you posted, in the left-hand column click on the "Manage wireless networks", and ensure that the network you wish to use for Internet is at the top of the list.

Very nice guide :) Although.... Your triangulation method for saradomin *Mightnt* work very well anymore. "We've also adjusted Commander Zilyana's behaviour in the God Wars Dungeon, so she's less inclined to wander aimlessly in the middle of the room while people shoot her from the edges." Thats from the update page for "Meeting History". Well anyway very nice guide :D
