So they could not be sued for broadcasting public information (the off topic post)? Myspace can't be sued for a similar charge? I don't think this would happen.. I would really like a higher up mod to read and consider this. Or at least give me a justification as to why. Also, in the rules, they could state that they are not to be held responsible for such actions occurring against the user.

I conform in the way that I dress because i like the way it looks (hollister, abercrombie, etc). In everything else I dont. Everyone at my prep school (well 98%) are christian. I am an athiest. The majority of them listen to country/pop/soft rock. I listen to pretty much..just metal. I get along with people just fine but I don't conform to them. If its not something I dont want to do I cant say that I would do it

This is the rule that tip.it has against people posting pictures of themselves in real life. I think that this rule is somewhat flawed. There really is no reason that I can see as to why real life pictures are not allowed. If it is due to pedophiles then this rule is seriously flawed because it will not protect against that. Note the area that I have in bold. There is a post in Off Topic about getting to know people. People giving away names, states, personal details. A picture, does not give away any details about yourself (unless your address is located within the picture). A picture of you in your room or in your backyard does not say who you are, where you live, or rather any personal details that someone would not know from seeing you in real life. I love to see who is behind the PC and who I am playing with. It gives me a better sense of community within the game rather then just getting to know words on a page. I think that the rule should be revised to allow real pictures and not personal details. I have a few pictures of my own that I would love to post :) . I think that a sticky in one or all of the boards should be made for Real Life Picture posting as long as details are not given about yourself.

But a pedophile can't do anything to you from a picture... Unless they recognize you and know you in real life but what is a picture going to change about that if they already knew you in the first place. I don't mean to get into a debate on it. I should take it to the debate or suggestion board. But giving away names and addresses is more likely to cause that kind of activity then a picture. A picture doesn't say who you are, where your from, it just says what you look like.

I'd say my biggest one would have to be my physics teacher :lol: . I finally find a class that I found interesting and I get a teacher that totally ruins it for me :evil: . Another thing I absolutely HATE is when people try to push there religion on me or think that there is something wrong with me when they find out im athiest. For some reason, the word athiest seems to make people think im satanic :-s or bad. I just don't believe in any gods. I had a similar instance while training slayer. Forgot my nose plug when I went up the shortcut, paniced, went through the door just to get my last hp taken off. I ran back to find that someone found it and made fun of me :x . I'm just glad that I didn't lose my fire cape :) . I lost around 4-5m worth of items (berzerker ring and black mask are the most notable). I can't remember what else.
