Well, life was a lot simpler back then. No worries about your personal image, no mental angst, everything was spelled out for you. I mean, I never really did the Santa thing or anything like that, but in general, the type of life was much different. Everyone's minds were like soft clay, waiting to be molded by maturity, so everything was easier to move around and process in this soft, versatile, carefree mind. If that makes sense.

To be honest, I might find that out too once I start using it again.

Erm, LMG's are actually pretty good when used the right way. Great for more team-oriented tactics, of course, like suppresive fire, and also for tearing up enemy hiding spots with Deep Impact. And they're a pretty decent medium to long range weapon. I mainly use the SAW now, actually. I'm mad that it burns up a lot of ammo, but it gets the job done, is fairly accurate with a RDS, and is pretty powerful with its high fire rate, though more power is sometimes a lot better than more metal. So, no recommendations for a clan, huh?

I'm a pretty good sniper, actually. I mainly use the first sniper, the bolt action one. But I just realized that the M21 is really good for Hardcore matches, and I have fun with it. Still, though, I can't resist lining up my shots for the whole "One Shot One Kill" technique, like if I was using an R700. So could someone help me with the clan thing?

Whenever I think of Blades of Glory, my mouth starts throbbing from how funny it truly is. That movie's great! I haven't seen Semi-Pro yet, though, but to be honest it looks great too.

M21 Sniper Rifle + Hardcore Search and Destroy + Creek = :thumbup: Anyway, does anyone have any recommendations for a beginner to Call of Duty 4 clans? I want to join one. I like the idea of clan wars and formalizing things a bit. Where should I start looking? Or, better yet, does anyone know of a good clan that is currently recruiting?

There are moments with my phobias when I realize how trivial my worries are, and I feel incredible and back to a somewhat clearer view of insanity, and then I see the possibilities of me contracting it, and I get deathly afraid and feel like I'm going to die. It's a flip-flop between these stages. It's currently happening, actually.

This deserves its own thread! :D I am a huge Will Ferrell fan. Will Ferrell and John C. Reilly have been in movies together (I don't know how many, perhaps it was only Talladega Nights). They're an absolutely brilliant pair in movies. They always make me laugh, and when I heard about this movie, it was like a dream come true. This movie is going to be, quite frankly, amazing, I think. Any other Will Ferrell fan can certainly confirm this. So, tell me how you all think it's going to turn out! Yeah, I know you play it on the PC though. That's a shame, because I would have enjoyed the spawn-tubing. And that wouldn't just burn. It would kill.

That was one of the whole points of the movie. The lack of conversation to get the point across.
