Or... Just do this; Bind the rate (dont attack it... its only 5hp) the get it to start hitting you. Then step past the rate, and Damis will be stuck... Just mage away. I used about 1 pray potion sip while i prayed Damis's first form so i could get the rate into place.

16-43 pray - 500k + 40-50 mage - 200k ish + Supplies for quests - 300k + (failed a couple of times on damis and dessous) Current gp count; 100k .... All that effort, and i can't afford to use the spells. I tried to do it without pray, but failed miserably... I didn't want to use a blocker, so i got pray anyway. Did all the subquests and got all the levels in about 3-4 hours. The quest took about 4 hours as i kept doing stupid things -.- I've never done DT before, even on my level 100+ accounts with 80+ mage >.> Im going on holiday monday for two weeks, so i won't be on for about 2 1/2 weeks... When i return, i need to work on getting some money... Well anyway, rate away. Its not a big achievement, but this account is 5 weeks old :P

Ye. Its best to break up your levels or do a joint, bankable skill too. E.g. Get 70-75 thieving, then go to Nardah and get 70-75 fletching (for example) This way, you can have a productive break :P

Well i tried it... I didn't actually realise the whole place was multi combat -.- Got owned pretty quickly... Tried to find a safe spot, failed every time. Only thing i can think of doing is hiding for 20 minutes till the other foes are no longer agressive, then trying him... If not, i guess i'll just have to get 43 pray :|

I was going to try and kill them without the use of a friend, but if i can find one i'll definitely use him if he allows me... Where exactly do i need to use their help? As for Damis, i heard the took out the safe spot. Im assuming he is similar to that of the MM Demon? if so, i was hoping i could use a rune c'bow best bolts and try to max my mage defence as much as possible. Any other, slightly deeper points?

Need some serious pointers on how to kill all the bosses? Spells, what they may hit, however often they hit, specs (does dds work)? etc... Anything will help.

When i first read the title i thought it was someone whining about the new update... Now i've read it, i can't agree more. Unlike skills such as thieving, crafting, fletching etc, where the rewards of Gp remain relatively stable and the xp is extremely fast, slayer is a skill people spend months training, in order to merit from the higher level drops (as low level drops suck)... Then when they get there... items are worth half the price. Its very constructive and logical rant, and something really does need to be done. The last of the non-buyable skills need to be saved.

Bloodargon took the words right out of my mouth... Im in my 5th week of members, and i gained 2m+ thieving experience in about 3 days... How? I worked bloody hard and concentrated. You can gain 200k xp an hour thieving, and it requires no money at all to start. You just need to accept the fact, some people are more productive than you...

A fast internet connection and non-lagg was a reccomendation ;) I've heard either 81 or 91 is probably best. You gain less xp at PP till 91, but at 81 i guess the xp wouldn't be that much less. And the failing will go eventually. If you're really fed up at failing, continue with the bearded bandits till like 72-75 then swap. ;p

Of course i remember you :P Feel free to add me on; Run_my_ores. Wearing armour may help a little if the bandits do begin to attack you and you cant run out fast enough. So yeah, i mean armour would help i suppose if you kept failing to re-ko them. As for the thieving levels - yeah, you have a much higher success rate as you gain levels. After 91, i hear you only fail them about 1 in every 300 or so attempts.

Again, you're missing the point.... A level three skiller with 200k maple bows is unlikely to have anything of value above G.E price they need to sell... If order to get a quick fix payment, they can sell their junk to RWT for a gold price... Understand now? :pray:

They state leaving the keyboard as against the rules... I think he means staying at his computer, but switching screens - i do this all the time. As for your question, its not really a question about Runescape...

Touch pad's are not a complete limitation, but they can become extremely tedious and frustrating. I used my laptop for 77-79 and it took almost twice as long. Whats more, when the bandit catches you, using a touchpad can make it harder to prevent him from attacking... Its hard to explain, and its probably possible to use a touchpad, however, from experience, i did find a Mouse alot easier to use.

Most people dont purposely take Familiars into the room, they're just out when they enter the room. As for rant, i've been two a few parties over the last few days, and i've not had this issue...
