Blade master's lvl is too low make it like lvl 147 otherwise lvl 50 people will have every single one too soon without a real challenge and I think there should be like two monsters that you have to fight and you get both halves from fighting them and you need a certain smithing lvl to weld the two halves otherwise people would sell tons of rune ones and everyone would have them without fighting the guy

21 is a long way from 70-80 I would say train on goblins or wizards to like 35 then train on Varrock or fally gaurds, do that till 50 or so and then do dragon slayer which should get you to like 57 or something and then train on hobgoblins or hillgiants untill 65 then go to Crandor and train on Moss giants untill lvl 75 then train on lessers untill a higher lvl

Rimmington is always the faster exp and it has more trees than Draynor so with a good axe and a good lvl u would get a good chunk of exp from Rimmington and I would recomend Draynor only for money and save it for high wcing lvl
