It all depends on how a meme is used. The big problem is when people invoke them without really knowing what makes them funny.

Unfortunately, the quotes usually come from either highly biased sources (Ex: Socialist news site/FOX News) where facts get in the way, or they come from political blogs/organizations/individuals. It's less about sources to augment your argument as much as it is directly copying an opinion instead of posting one. And regardless of whether or not it's blatantly wrong, the authors seems to that quoting something gives them some sort of immunity from being called out on it. We're not scholars that are presenting something before such-and-such board of sociological concerns, chances are most of us are students in either their teens or early twenties, and we're posting on a Runescape fansite. It annoys the hell out of me. Unrelated: I think I'll start calling you Julie now. :razz:

The video said they're still working on animating but can only get a few models at a time without requiring an absurd amount of processing power. Well in that case it's completely [bleep]ing useless. This. The last thing we need is to continue the photorealistic graphics arms race, and these guys seem to have done that in a way that's currently absolutely impractical <.< Could someone PM me when people find out about having animations that match the graphics?

Right In a shooter, it's the guy that cares above his score above all else. The powergamer is probably the guy that's sniping people in a CTF game. He might kill a few people who directly threaten your team, but probably not for that reason. For a TF2 example, the snipers that duel each other in 2fort. From there they could probably snipe the scout that's running along the bridge, but scouts are hard to hit, so chances are he'll ignore him and instead aim for the other sniper :razz:

Playing to win instead of playing to play. I guess that can mean so many things... especially in Call of Duty. You could probably define it as that kind of 'play-to-win' mentality, in a game where you should be taking on the mentality of your character/head of government/whatever.
