And now for something that's hopefully interesting. "Mask" is the name I've been using because it's meaningful. Especially here on the internet, where we all hide behind a persona that's entirely different from our actual selves. However, we do this in reality too. Think about how you behave with others, especially if you have several personas for several groups. Now think about your internet persona. Now think about your actual beliefs, thought processes, et cetera. Which are the most similar? For many people, the result seems to be that their internet persona more closely follows their actual beliefs. So, when plunged into a world of faceless strangers, is the mask that we've all had to create our actual selves? When, then, do we wear the mask, in face to face conversation, or behind out online identities? I seem to have lost my train of thought there. If I remember the rest, I'll post it. Hopefully that was coherent and at least somewhat interesting. It's not a story about romance, but it'll have to do. That said, I know that there's a low-level pure with the RuneScape name "Mask" and I do wish he'd either start playing again or give up the name.

Tetris is better than CoD: Black Ops. I don't care about the 20 year and vast genre differences. Personal opinion also means nothing. Also you smell funny. Yeah. Especially console "debates". People spend so much time arguing about them that you have to wonder whether or not they've actually had time to play the games they're plugging.

Yes. Religion is a delusion, and so is rationality or even delusions. Everything is a delusion :) And for some reason it's okay to disrespect one delusion but not another. It's somehow absurd to think that the religious man's delusion is less a delusion than Weapon's, here. I'm not religious. Didn't think I'd have to point that out again but everyone seems to think I am. Weapon's post - both versions - exemplifies what I hate about antitheists. Namely, the belief that their beliefs are untouchable but anyone else's are worthy of mockery.

You mean you're surprised that laws written for a desert-dwelling culture thousands of years ago are going to conflict with your modern Australian morals? Or, you know, the fact that the Bible isn't limited to Leviticus and Exodus? Every time someone brings up that dissonance, they always quote from Leviticus. No context, historical or literary, is necessary, if course... </sarcasm> I do hate arguing with antitheists. It's like atheism's answer to religious zealots.

wat You could accept the teachings of Christ (Or broader, the tenets of a religion) without accepting the belief behind it. You probably also have atheists/agnostics that are part of a religious group as well, in the same way. It isn't an all-or-nothing issue. Reasons may include the sense of community or the fact that even without faith the religion still offers a philosophy.

It could really go either way, I think. Depends on the people themselves. People seem to forget that for every WBC or Al-Quaeda member there are an unbelievably huge amount of people that aren't nuts. Or that it isn't a "this or that" option. You could have people that consider themselves Christian and accept scientific explanations, like you could have atheists/agnostics that reject the evidence for something without question. Personally, I don't care either way. What other people believe isn't important... Until they start bashing others for it.

They pretty much are. The difference is what 'mons are in each game. And that's not mentioning the different versions. It's an excuse plot. The real game is training and battling with your mons of choice.
