wow this thread sure has made me realise just how many 'mericans there are here..... anyhoo, my school term starts agen in a month and a half, and itll be my GCSE year so i will have study fairly hard, so my 4-5 hours a day now will be cut to maybe 1-2?

well i think that mos'le harmless is more likely ironic as the islnads dangerous, but one i noticed (and which made me laugh) is the little dialogue you and evil bob have on his island, which is almost EXACTELY the same, word for word of Patrick Magoohan talking to Number 2 at the start of each episode of the prisoner... my dad gave me a fiver for finding that =p

what?? woodcutting is the best money making skill for normal people (as apposed to those with 99 everything) yews and willows can be chopped in bulk easily and are always ion demand, and magic trees are very good money too

my internet is not capable of staying connected for more than 5 minutes!!!!! when it eventually does connect its incredibly slow and will soon fail. this is meant to be top rate broadband!!! can anyone help me? i got pictures... the top one is when its not working downright. the second one is it 'trying' to connect and the third one is when its finally connected but really slow and heres the 'details' aparantley these are meant to help explain the problem... WHY IS MY INTERNET DOING THIS???

OK just imagine ur cutting yews or getting slayer up or wateva and the genie pops up. naturally you go 'errgh, another tiny amount of exp :(' but what if, he suddenly turned into a decent genie which cud give you a wish, closer to the real thing. of course the wish only applies to runescape, but yeah... mine would be that i would be wandering around somewhere remote and i happen to stop to take a drink or something. however exactely 2 minutes ago someone who thought they'd be banned soon dropped a phat set or full dragon or 1bill gp or something crazy like that ready to pick it up with another account. It appears and just before the heart attack can kill you you manage to pick it all up..... what would your's be?

i agree with warrior. as clueless as jagex are, this does seem the most likely thing they would have done as it means they dont have to keep 'luck' tallies on every player, but instead only each server, which is easier to do and manage

well plod, ur wc and fletch are both great for making yew longs (and almost mage longs) so that might be a good place to start, but maybe not if u get bored easily? and the guy above me, well it seems to be ur only decent stats are mining and fishing. none are outstanding, so coal or lobbies might be the way to go?

ive just done a desert lizard task mate, and ill give you all the help i can. to the south of the lizards is Nardah(sp?) where theres a bank and fountain. thats useful, also bring 92 iceboxes/icecoolers coz u need one to kill a lizard and they get used up. also, summat which saved me some time was that i realised all 3 types of lizard count. the great big regular lizard, the desert lizards and the tiny small lizards all count so get busy =p have fun

i know that but ive killed 70 by now and the best drop is a nature talisman

im fiting desert lizards (all 3 kinds) for slayer and i was hoping to get some mystic gloves. ive killed maybe 70 now and the best ive got is a nature tally, and im wearing my ring of wealth too. is it just my luck or can u not get mystic whilst on an assignment?

on aslightly related topic, as a noob my neighbiur (who introduced me to the game) called it 'faldor' so thats wat i called it...i was about lvl 30 wen i realised it was actually falador =p

the absolute quickest way tho (must have a bit of cash to start with) is to look on the rs forums and.... 1.)buy x iron - 115 each max 2.)buy 2x coal - 200 each max 3.)smelt into steel bars 4.)sell on the rs forums for 550 each lowest works great for me =p you can do the maths, i cant be arsed :thumbsup:
