How do you see the black marks you have? You can view your offenses by clicking 'Appeal an offence/ban' which can be found on the RuneScape homepage. How long till they go away? I don't think they go away unless they were given unfairly. If they were given unfairly then you need to appeal them. Good Luck ;)

Perhaps you could try the lesser demons in Karamanja Volcano? They're quite good, and drop fire runes, and sometimes Rune Med Helms.

Oh yes. Well the Hill Giants are good. They're between Varrock and the Barbarian Village.

I would think the scimmy would hit better. Silverlight is only good for low leveled demons I think.

Hello. I can only help you with the antivirus and the keylogger situation I'm afraid. So for a free great anti virus I would recommend AVG Free Anti Virus. That is free and you never have to pay, and it's also a good virus scanner. And to get rid of a keylogger I recommend Ad aware SE Personall. That's a great spyware remover, and is also free. Yes it's a bug that came with the new updated message center I think. To get it sorted however, you have to get in touch with Customer Support to let them know that you have this problem. You can do so by clicking 'Comment on our Service' which can be found on the homepage, or if you like, you can just click that. :) Good Luck with getting it sorted.
