Also to check on this... As of right now, there are 300 people with 99 construction 535 people with 99 slayer 385 with 99 runecraft and 337 with 99 herblore. Sorry if im kind of annoying, just wanted to support Evil_Ruler7 and him saying that he has the rarest achivement cape in RS :D Well, those other skills have been out a little while longer than construction has and they still have only that few of people with 99 in those but good try.
