Void for sure/claws for spec as said above. Do you switch between eagle eye/piety? That should help as well. Fury and berserker ring would help as well. All this together should lead to the 40-50 kills/hour that's normal if I recall.(I never count)

A vesta set is something like 18m for corrupt(non corr prots over rapier) If he likes to spend 18m for 20 minutes of a few extra strength bonus, so be it, he doesn't need 78 defence to do that. Stay 75 defence. Get piety, don't get 99 prayer that's a waste of a combat level. Order of priority should be Bgloves > Piety > Venge > Stats(att/str/hp/range)

i have prom rapier/2h/hood binds its not so bad but you rarely use the rapier so id just keep the plate no platebody i can wear is worth it so i just bound the rapier for fun
