Dragon 2h is probably the worst dragon weapon for training strength. Whip on controlled is best all around... but if you are determined to get only strength experience, just use dragon scimitar and rune defender. Pretty much the same as SS.

There are much faster ways to get money. If you enjoy it, or are doing it for the experience though, it's not a bad option.

Your stats are great for dking, compared to everyone else who posts here asking anyway. Claws of guthix with the mace would definitely be the best choice; with lowered blood rune prices it is affordable, and people won't be able to crash you and steal kills, which is a big issue now with so many people dking nowadays.

Not really :P The biggest difference is that I come here first after a new update, since spoilers and pictures are allowed to be posted. So I guess it helps me in that way, but I don't do too much differently.

Drop rates are around 1/50 for all 3 rare drops. And really, it depends on how long you last whether or not you'll get a drop. I haven't done a proper trip in a LONG time where I didn't get multiple drops.

I'm not really sure what you're even talking about. Summoning potions had an extremely limited use even before super restores restored summoning points. Not sure what a dungeon that you can only access a certain amount of times has to do with anything at all.

I've always killed them using protect from melee while wearing armour with magic defence. (When using melee myself.) Seems rather foolish to do anything else.

I think it will depend on what the runecrafting update changes about runecrafting. However, other than the unknown, I can see a small, short term drop in rune prices because a lot of people will suddenly start training runecrafting.

I believe you can make money using humidify, and get exp just as fast as alching. Unless the market for vials has changed drastically or something.
