  11. Firstly Id like you to show me where I supported popups. Secondly I notice your using hotmail and msn. Id like to ask how you paid for those services? email such as hotmail is acually a marketing tool to bring people back to their website wich means more ad-impressions. Freehosting services survive on revenu gained from ads that are served in exchange for the service they provide. If you are cutting off the revenu these services are getting nothing in exchange for there service. Kinda ironic coming from you. Ever wonder why hotmail started charging for pop access? its because no advert revenu is gained if people use email clients instead of visiting the website. firstly hotmail and msn have alot of advertising but most of it is just at the top which is ok. Msn is owned by ninemsn which is channel 9 and they both have lots of advertisments and have you ever looked at the profit it make p.a.??? So what if i use msn and hotmail they are profiting from it from adds but as long as the adds arnt atrusive and irrataing incl. downloading stuff onto my comp they are fine! i didnt say no adds at all just none that are obtrusive and make heaps of pop ups and are irratating!
  12. cardio then when ure thinner do sit ups and u pile on the abs :D i did more situps so its rock hard down their somewhere :P so just a lil more cardio then its perfect also if ure just starting out and as said before having weight in ure hand then raising ure arms so ure arms are horizontal with ure shoulders its better to start lower i can do over a min with only 3kg but my 10kg weights i use for curles i cant even get em 45* so :? try lighter stuff first and work up... ..... goes of to get weights :D :D :D
  13. dude firstly i hate ppl that thing we should have thousands of popups flashing that every1 is their millionth person and woot ive won 50 links to a prize no1 gets. if they want ads they should use the google adds like merciful that at least relate to the topic and are their and not atrusive. how in the hell is it stealing that i dont look at thier stupid pop ups i have the right not to and they should destroy websites that have them, do u take every handout ppl give u at escalators and shops if no then ure stealing u dont want that paper well i dont want ure adds on the internet. u have the worst example with a car and petrol, they are completly different and its not like its mining petrol and people have to be paid and plants built and having it shipped round the world and people choose to pay and drive a car. web site owners that have these pop ups are greedy and should be ashammed they only care about their pocket and not others they can pay the site of with other not seizure banners and pop ups so i would reckomend people use the google ads instead as i actually look at these as they relate and dont tell me ive won an ipod or a trip to Hawaii for being the millionth visiter every time i go on philly
  14. all at once or in sets if so how many sets? does any1 know for a fact if its better to do say 200 at once or over the day do sets of like 30-40??
  15. ok for like no money spent try on like mondays, wednesday, saturday to do pushups and sit ups so do situps then pushups then situps then pushups. maby twice a day but dont over do it other wise the muscle cant regrow if you do it to often so about 3 times a week. try and see how many u can do at once without killing ure self then use that as a bench do that many for a while then increase the lot by 5-10 reps

  19. You are missinformed....Use your logic sence; Why do you think the big tobacco cooperations pay out billions to secondhand smokers for injuries they have been caused because of sigarette smoke? You really think they pay out all that money if there were no diehard evidence of such? if you want to know more about what sigarette smoke do to a person, search the Google and you will find tons of links to medical sites wich thouroughly describe what kind of bad things can happen to a body after years of secondhand smoking.... exactly sunlise 24se7en obviously that show is stupid and so in any1 else that believes that its not bad for ure health second hand smoking!!! for a dif example if u lost sleep and that was proven to make u die earlier or u had a medical reason why u needed lots of sleep and ure neighbours had parties untill late everyday their like well its not our fault ((which is stupid)smokers thinkin mostly) and that is causing u ill help and the ppl havin the party have an idiots aproach to it and u feel like going up and kicking those ppl (smokers) in the head!!! because they can go die in a ditch somewhere but you dont want them to be hurtin u!!!!
  20. its a sort of win win lose lose situtation. yeah it sucks there getting payed like 2cents a day but then what if we didn't give them that money not saying that its good it isnt but u guys are like whaaa whaa we dont wanna buy from these poor ppl but ure gonna doubly scr** them over if you dont so its a hard point!!!
