ok i am getting really annoyed at my computer as i have half life1/2 counter strike and battlefield 1942 etc and am wanting to play them normally or online. Firstly my half life wont work on this comp for some reason and also other games life battlefield lag even on low quality. my comp isnt that bad quite good actually but i dont really think its a gaming computer as such. and so i am wanting to build my own with the help of a friend maby but was wondering on what to put in it. I am not wanting to spend to much but am willing to get something that will not be outdated tomorow like most things. I already have a monitor and mouse & keyboard.
