I really don't mind the price of WoW, but the only reason I don't play is because my computer sucks at the top-end games, even WoW. Heck even my computer struggles a little trying to load up the WoW homepage. I did actually try out WoW, but I had to wait like a few minutes for anything to happen ingame. My computer only has 256MB ram and I think for WoW you need over 1k MB for it to run smoothly. But as for now the only good MMORPG I can play is Runescape, which is good enough for me. But if Lord Umega gets banned or hacked, I'll buy me a better computer for WoW.

Hehe I was just looking through the official WoW forums just now before seeing this. I was searching for runescape topics made by WoW players, of course most WoW players think that RS is a very crappy game. Though one mature WoW player said that the only thing good about RS that beats WoW is the quests; we have more puzzle solving, better stories and they're not repetitive. Rather than WoW's "Go kill 10 boars for me" or "Go and give this item to so-and-so".

I'm happy that rares are going up (of course people that want one, aren't), rares are becoming fashionable again. \ In Feb I bought a red mask for 38m, then they went right down to 34m for a while and now recently they going right up to 40m, yay at last I'm making profit!! :P

Yes I have one, shame I can't wield it though, so it just stays with Diango. :|

The quest cape would sound awesome. :P You would at least get a better expierence from wearing your cape I guess.

I wonder if the icons will get changed on the skill capes to? I'm not quite sure on them myself. That fishing icon looks funny...

I noticed in the new Seer's that there is hardly enough of that long tufty grass that they usually add to new areas. This new area still has a lot of that old short grass around.

From what I've heard it was a "Mans game". :P It had a much better community and a lot more challenging, it was not a kiddies game. There was even duel anywhere, which would rock if it was still in the game and not the duel arena.

I pick most of them up, I'm concious about any money left on the ground. :anxious: Though I only pick it up if it looks more than 99gp and I also leave saphires on the ground.

For Damis, I wore monk robes (you can use initiate now) and used protect from melee while drinking tons of prayer pots. I don't think the hide-behind-skeletons-and-dogs tactic will work anymore, though with other palyers it might work.

Any monster that drops rune spears is very rare. I've got 2 left half shields from fire giants and no rune spear yet. :P But I would try and make one the barbarian way, much faster.

He wouldn't of hit you much with his magic if you had good magic defense. I personally didn't have much trouble with his magical attacks, he didn't even use it much.

Fareed will make you drop any weapons that you have equiped if don't use ice gloves. He can't do anything even if you just use runes and not a staff.

I don't bother with making pures or other accounts, I'd rather concentrate working on my main. Though I have tried some, I got very bored with them instead. :P

agreed. a lot of worlds are getting filled very fast. runescape is growing rapidly Bots are probably filling the worlds rather than actual players. :(

Ok thanks. Some more questiosn then. :P 1. Is 75k the max they take a day? 2. Will my coffers eventually run out of money? 3. So, just one resource collected for favour will make my favour go up by 1%?

I've never tried "Manage Thy Kingdom" because of the initial costs and getting favour up by collecting resources (they don't give out exp). But the rewards do look very good. So I might try it out soon with 5m, I also have some questions: 1. Which resources are worth putting workers in? 2. What will happen to the workers if all my money in the coffers is gone? 3. What will happen if I don't help out my workers to gain favour? Would I be losing money if favour goes down? 4. Is it recommended to put more money in than 5m?

Ectoing takes longer, but costs less. POH Altars are quicker, but costs more (less exp, so you need more bones) .

Yes, I remember helping someone out for the 2nd time on that quest.
