Never quite understood that. It's not the cinema's fault that the film is crap, so why should they refund you, the one who chose to watch it? I'm not saying those films are any good, I mean, I nearly gauged my eyes out watching both, but still. I know that appears strange. The arguement I used was that if their hotdogs were rubbish although it's not them that make the meat, they are still the vendor and are responsible for the product. Same goes for a movie... if it's crap and you leave early, you are entitled to a refund or credit. It's part of consumer rights and trading standards act here in the UK ( I know this as i'm a retail manager myself). Just to clear that up lol. Sorry for going off topic. It is? Cor, never knew that.
