People are allowed to complain about free services that they use just as much as on paying services. Some services are free and have many users, those users are allowed to complain. How can a F2P complain about a service they don't even have, may I ask? It's like me complaining to AMD that they haven't given me an Athlon 64 processor for free, because I'm currently using an older AMD processor. Bit of a bad example, really...but still.
