Should be able to. The one you're 'meant' to play (as in, trigger a reaction) is the main theme, but you can play that tune with a bit of thought.

I've always been angered at this too. I thought reporting "took a screenshot of the last 60 seconds"...well, surely this would constitute? But no, it doesn't. Meh, I'd given up hope in customer support anyway.
