Healthy eating in general or is it a kind of diet thing you're looking for? Different diets work for different people, however, if it's just healthy eating you're looking for; that food pyramid works well. 5 balanced meals spread throughout the day, I've told, is healthy, making sure you get a good mix of nutrients; carbohydrates, vitamins, iron, fibre, protein and what have you. Different meals will contain more of a certain supplement, for example: breakfast is more likely to have more of carbohydrates (to get you going in the morning) fibre, calcium if it's milk with cereal and vitamins if you have a piece of fruit with it. I heard or read somewhere that an apple is more effective at 'waking you up' in the morning than coffee, so try that! It's helping you start your day while promoting healthy eating. Anyone else feel (if it would actually happen) that it would be pretty cool? OK, you'd die...obviously not so cool. But after it all, when you're sitting off in heaven, hell, purgatory, reincarnation or eternal nothingness, you can think/say: "Hey, I was there when Earth was destroyed". Imagine it coming down, day after day, for months, getting closer and closer. Yes, the feeling of foreboding doom is a bummer, but in a strange way, would it be rather tranquil? Would it be a 'beautiful disaster' as they say? Or am I just off in a fantasy world, ignoring the probable months of looting, anarchy and chaos caused by us humans, who will have practically have destroyed the world by then...only to find out the comet missed :P Meh, I don't know. I don't want it to happen, but if I had to pick a way for the world to end, I could think of a lot worse.
