27 February 2006 - A Fairy Tale Part I - Growing Pains
Strange update: In draynor, there is a banner on the pigpen for G.A.G. (Group of Advanced Gardeners).

I'm astute, yeah.
But still, our present map really only occupies half of the globe horizontally, and barely a quarter of it vertically. In other words, theres massive room for growth to the South.

I'm astute, yeah.
You of course realize that this means the map will not end very soon :P

Memorable moments in video\pc games
The graphics on 360 are crap. I played the game on PC at Fry's and nearly wet my pants it was so beautiful.

Memorable moments in video\pc games
First leaper in HL2...that thing scared the hell out of me. In FF3/FF6 when Edgar, Tina, and Locke are riding in the desert and Edgar says "No human is born with magic", then seeing the reaction of Tina. In FF3/FF6 in the previous boss battle to the one above, having Tina wink at Edgar and Locke and both of them swooning. Final Fantasy 5, when the wind crystal blows. I almost cried watching the wind die. Pearl Harbor in Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault. Its visually amazing.

Do YOU believe in God?
Gyr, you are looking at the far extreme parts of religion. Today, in this world, most religious people are much better off morally than non-religious. Unless of course you look at extremists like Al Queda or Christian pro-life people BURNING clinics (I am pro-life, but I would not go militant).

Do YOU believe in God?
Haihong...that was an incredibly mature argument. However, you knocked it down 300 IQ levels with the misuse of the English language. We are now all dumber for reading it. You are awarded no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Do YOU believe in God?
I LOVE it when guys run away from me when I tell them I'm a pagan. Telling them I'll put an evil spell on them is even better  Most of them don't run away, but the gaze in their eyes is funny enough for me ^^ I like it best when they told me they like me, their reaction is soooooo nice to see  Seriously, they call themselves MEN, omg they are really losers. xD Back on-topic, I kind of understand your situation though, I won't be able to live with a christian or muslim guy as well... Well, she never told me. She invited me to a tree grafting. I thought it would be a nice date, but she wanted me to wear a tux. I asked why and she said it was a wedding? Yeah, explanation and breakup soon followed.

Runescape dance... lol
Not really, its just a bunch of geeks copying a popular YTMND. The original was a picture of trees planted in a forest to make a swastika. And thanks for correcting me, I just assumed it was Russian because of the "Moscow" stuff.

If you could change 3 things.....
1. Foremost, when you pick Draynor cabbage a level 151 NPC named "Peter" that looks like a cabbage attacks you. Note: He is invincible. 2. Ghostly robes should remove your dot from the mini-map. 3. Pirate freaking coats.

Do YOU believe in God?
I'm still seeing Microevolution in textbooks. I mean, oh noes...the creationists are writing our textbooks now!

Do YOU believe in God?
Death by Pod: About your expiriments. While they do show extraordinary adaptation, they do not fulfill the "survival of the fittest" aspect. The bird flu has not died out, it has just expanded to feed on humans after a mutation. Its microevolution (which is scientifically still held as a separate theorum than macro, and more believable in my eyes) which explains why africans are black, euros are white, and our eyes and hair colors, etc. Adaption is completely different than evolution. The bird flu is still the bird flu, it has just adapted to add a new host to its repetois. Thanks for the information, I respect your opinion now and I pray that you will respect mine. And as for the pagan thing, the general term refers to non-big 3 religions, but specifically the worship of nature. I was so happy to date a girl from the old country, but she failed to tell me she worshiped the Celtic nature spirits in addition to God...yeah, that did'nt last long.

A possible update?
Paul is nervous about the Carpentry release. I am too. It probably looks very very good to Jagex like farming did, but Time is its enemy. We've gotten so worked up to the idea that when it comes out...lots of people will be dissapointed. And that's our own fault, not Jagex's. Just like farming, we allow ourselves to hype it up.

Because if we didn't have rules we would go around raping and pillaging eachother? Rules are an integral part of any society.

Do YOU believe in God?
Erm, it was the woman who sinned  It was Adam's fault for listening to her :P.
-
Do YOU believe in God?
Well, in response to that: *cough*Adam*cough* Of course, thats my belief opposed to yours. And to segway: The whole concept of Original Sin states that we all inherited the first sin from Adam. Christ came to Earth to die for our sins and erase this Original Sin. All who believe him are cleansed of Adam's Sin *although capable of committing thier own*.

Wait, you do not have needed to complete DT to get the robes? All you have to do is get the ring and go?

Do YOU believe in God?
Yeah, well that comment was directed to the Judeo/Christian who asked the question, and not to a non-believer who would just make a useless comment about it. I guess it has no meaning if you are not a Creationist, is it? And stop being lazy. The creationists are citing examples, you should at least search and find an argument before making yourself seem infallible. You say there are multiple proofs found on this forum? FIND THEM. Then post them here.

Runescape Config
I for one would not want to insult someone who just got out of Fook's situation. It would not be smart in a CON-tinuous kind of way. Regardless, it would be too much of a strain on the server. I find the best way to account for lag is to adjust the music volume. Seriously, it works.

Do YOU believe in God?
Its called free will. All-knowing refers that he can tell the ramifications that all decisions we make will have. Which choice we make is up to ourselves. Of course, I do not believe in pre-Destination, which is what you are getting at.

Do YOU believe in God?
Can you explain why its our fault? We disobeyed God? Its right there in Genesis Chapter 2. It was the Original Sin. I love science in the fields of astronomy, physics, and geography. Those I can look at and immediately prove through expiriments. Now, let me get your post straight...you say that "tests, expiriments, observations" have proven evolution? Can you PLEASE post a link to a controlled test where man has visibly watched evolution happen before his eyes? I am pretty sure there is nothing in support of evolution EXCEPT for observation. And observation without a scientific method is pretty much speculation.

Melee: Torags armor for defense. Im assuming you mean defense. Ranged: Black Dragonhide...even Karil's is inferior. Mage: For raw defense, go with Skeletal Wallasalki or Splitbark. For mage offense, go for mystic, infinity, or Ahrims (Id reccomend Ahrims). Also, theres various attack sets: Melee: Torags, Guthans (heals you with full set), Dharok's (lower your health, greater the strength bonus) and Verac's (Cleric's set, hits through prayer). Range: Karil's (the special is not worth it) Mage: Ahrims or infinity.

Do YOU believe in God?
I never said anywhere that at any point nothing existed. There was already something in place to start the Universe, and I believe that was God. As for getting confused, I have seen lots of notions that theorums are laws nowadays. I love science, its amazing how we are so smart nowadays that we can claim something as fact when it has not been proven in a scientific expirement. In other words, If I wanted proof of evolution, it would be preferred that it came from a controlled expiriment, not based on speculation. That is why I keep saying that there is no scientific proof of evolution...there have been no expiriments, just radical speculation. Of course, one could say the same about God. It all boils down into your personal faith. And after rereading this topic, Ive noticed that we are all thread-hijacking. The original poster only asked us if we believed in God or not...so in that terms, we are guilty of starting a war when a simple yes or no answer could have sufficed. Being that stated, I am removing myself from this topic unless someone decides to insult me or something.

Do YOU believe in God?
Forgive me, just because I come from a different train of Christianity than you does not mean I have to agree with you. I'm also Baptist-Methodist, and we take into account that if every Biblical prophecy has already been fulfilled except for the Apocolypse, its bound to happen sometime. And as for God allowing us to be tempted...its our own fault. Before Adam and Eve ate the fruit of knowledge...we were sheep. We had no temptation and God watched over us and loved us. But when we ate the fruit, we were given the "gift" of free will. God reluctantly recognized this gift, and even though he knows the outcome of every decision in our life, it is up to us to live that life according to God, or to throw it all in His face. And as stated before, I do not believe in a physical Hell. The only lake of fire I believe in is the lake of burning sulphur in which Satan, the false prophets, and those who persecute the holy at the end of Christ's 1000 year reign on Earth. Believe me...1000 years of living with God would be enough to draw a line between the unbelievers and those who simply flat-out hate God and wish to live in the abyss.
