Hey, Well I've figured that it is about time for me to start working out again, in order to get that muscle for the perfect body. I know we all want it, the good 6 pack, nice pecks, and awesome bisepts. But the question is, how exactly do we get em? Without spending any money really, what would you reccomend is the best routine? # Pushups/situps per day/times a week? That type of thing. I have an alright idea, but am not sure if it'll even work lol. So I know some of you out there probably work out, and have quite some muscle, so give us some tips!!! :wink: Bmw

I am not really a watcher of Family Guy, but now that a new season has started, ill perhaps begin watching it! Especially since Global (Canadian Station) is now airing it. If a cartoon is on global primetime, I'm guessing it has to be worth watching.

Well as you may or may not know, Bud Selig (MLB commissioner) has propsed a new steroid solution. He was previously quite criticized for his new/old solution, I believe it was something like 3 games + small fine for 1st offence. Today, he has proposed the following: 1st offence : 50 Games 2nd offence: 100 Games 3rd offence: Lifetime ban. Now I think that its about time. Someone has to do something to get rid of these cheating idiots. I could not agree more with this proposed offer by Bud Selig, which will most likely be soon in place. Thoughts? Bmw

Well..thanks for the heads up and all, but we kind of already know. There are about 1 (add 0's here) emails out there which contain viruses/harmful files. We have already learned not to open anything half suspicious, and if someone hasn't, let them get a virus, then they will learn :wink:
