Your only looking at it from your side. I told you that everyone has problems, and you agreed. That kid has problems too, and he expressed them in a negative way, just like your friends do when they cut their wrists. Making fun of someone and cutting your wrists is all a negative to get rid of your problems. The world is a harsh place, get over it.

YOU don't get it. EVERYONE has problems. The kid who made fun of your friend has problems, too. Everybody tries to get rid of their problem in bad ways. Your friends cut their wrists, and that kid makes fun of people to get attention. Just get over it. EVERYONE DOES HAVE PROBLEMS. But the way to help them isn't by discriminating and insulting them. It's like drugs and alcohol. Both sides are trying to stop. If your friend was addicted to drugs and/or alcohol, wouldn't you want to help him instead of insulting him? Insulting people because of their problems is not the answer. Cutting your wrists because of their problems is not the answer. Everybody has problems, and everybody expresses them in negative ways. A lot of times, it's a lot harder than that. I'm almost convinced that my friends are experiencing some kind of emotional pain, and even though they shouldn't do it, they aren't "idiots". They're just experiencing a hardtime on the road of life. :wink: Well everybody has hard times, do you see everybody else cutting their wrists? EVERYBODY has problems, EVERYBODY. You have problems, your friends have problems, that kid who insulted your friends has problems, and I have problems. The truth is everybody is insecure about something. Cutting your wrists is just to get attention. No, I don't see everyone else cutting their wrists. Two of my friends choose to do that to solve their problems. I don't see anyone else doing it, at least in my school. I'm not saying what they're doing is good. I'm saying they should be treated with respect and they should be comforted. They aren't doing it for attention. Want to know why? Because I'm "going out" with one of them, and I know her attitude. It's not her style, and it's not why she's doing this. If she just wanted attention, then why would she be frowned upon by the entire school? I'd think she'd have gotten a little accomplished... I know her. It's not for attention. Everyone has a problem, and when people find that problem, you're supposed try to fix it. You're not supposed to take the problem that they have and shove it down their throat. Yes, but causing yourself physical harm isn't any way to solve a problem. It WON'T solve your problems, however it will make them 20 times as worse. And attention doesn't mean positive attention, it means just being noticed. And you know that kid who made fun of your friends? He has a problem, too. His problem is most likely that he needs attention. Guess what you just did? Shoved it down his throat.

No offense, although you will take a lot of it, anyone who cuts their wrists is an idiot. UNLESS, they are strongly abused by their parents or have no parents or in some kind of extreme emotional pain (No, getting dumped in Jr. High doesn't count) , there is no reason to do it. Anyone who doesn't fit under that category your an idiot.
