Well, the game itself regards Magic Stones (used in high level construction) as the most expensive item. They have the highest high alch value but only cost 950k (i think) from the shop.

I'm no expert, but I just don't think it's possible. Prayer is a must for the lv. 702, who could kill you in one hit with defence that low, and that's if you even make it that far.

In World 99 Law Running you have to give up your pure ess, but it's faster then World 66.

A guild/clan/party system.(Or all three) Having to repair weapons and armours once in a while (like barrows now, but not as expensive or often.) As mentioned, weather and day/night would be nice. But all that would make the game take ages to download...

Maybe because you hold the fixed device over your right shoulder (atleast I think it's your right), so kicking with your right foot would throw you off balance?

You could try lvl 45 Skeletons under Crandor Isle, next to Elvarg. They seem to give good exp... Or is it because I got used to them during my time as f2p. Anyway, hope it helps.
