my astronomers have found a possible candidate for a life-supporting planet, roughly 37 lightyears from earth that we intend to investigate, and possibly colonise. as soon as our ship is built it will be send towards the planet to do tests, and bring a few small animals to see if it can support life from earth. if it can, we will be constructing several more colonising ships in order to transport several people to our new planet

wouldnt that be stretching your resources rather thin? not really, itll be the same basic country, structures etc, except they answer to me now. they wont be much of a drain on my resources

i would like to claim the indonesian islands that are not currently claimed, if possible. i would also like to inform you all that my space program is going ahead well, the space station is finished and we are currently finishing off our designs for the ship and are expecting to have that under construction within a few years

might I ask what the point is? By now the world is already over populated, why would we want the old to live longer? If anything we should covert old people into fuel after a certain age. thats just mean.

russian space station is half done, but to speed up the process we are sending rockets containing parts more frequently, and expect it to be completed within one year the teleportation research has managed in sending a single water molecule across most of russia, but the amount of energy required was enormous, and short circuted the technology used. there is still a loooooooong way to go. russian astronomers are currently searching for a planet which could harbour some life, for our deep space ship to aim for. as of yet, we have not found any.

for the sake of the game im not going to come up with some super complex explanation for teleportation, and i have no idea if its going to be cost effective yet. im thinking that when i have a stable system down for it, it will require vast amounts of power/electricity but as of yet this is unclear. @dusty oh ok, didnt know they were taken, because they hadnt been marked on the map. just let people take which ever ones they wanted (new comers) and ill take whats left over. that ok?

I'd prefer to do the 10,000 hours. id rather get the 10k magically, then use it to my advantage when i get the chance and not need to see it as "practice", itll be perfect every time, if you get my point. my antimatter research has gone horribly wrong, so after some short deliberations, we have decided to head our research in a new direction: teleportation they have been working on this and have managed to teleport single particles/molecules, and my hope is to send this research even further, to aid in colonisation of space. once we complete a teleporter that can move complex organisms/objects we will put one on the ship we are sending into space and will establish a link between here and there due to the complexity of this project, russia is offering/inviting all countries who wish to have this technology to participate in our research, but under one condition, and that it is not used for war. it would also be greatly appreciated if any countries that get involved aid in funding, aswell. my space program is going well, too. the main space station is about 1/4 complete and everything is thusfar going according to plan. also, i wish to take over a couple of areas, that are currently unclaimed: [hide=][/hide] if any one has reasons as to why i should not take these areas (can be discerned because they still have the lines of territory from old counties) then speak now, my aquisition of these areas should be complete in a couple of days (years?)

my exosuits were constructed in such a way that trying to open it to examine its workings damages it beyond repairs, leaving it impossible to reverse engineer also, the russian space program has sent its first modern rocket into orbit, carrying parts to my new space station and deepspace ship construction area. the space station is expected to be finished in 3 years from now, and the ship completed years later. at that point we will begin to stock up supplies for the trip. we will also creatre refulling stations deeper in space in order to sustain sustinance for those on board the ship. we will send relays of shuttles/pods to refuel the refueling station and then send another to take fuel to one, refueling at others on the way and then delivering its payload at the next one, etc, until every refueling station is full, at which point the ship will be sent into deep space antimatter research was put on hold again as a small amount was produced, but not handled correctly, and annihilated and the shockwave of energy released destroyed the research facility. russia also recalls every troop that was in other countries, back to the home land, as the war in europe is pretty much over (for my part), but we are still on high allert and are ready to deploy any number of troops at a moment notice. we currently have 17.5m troops (total of normal/exosuits) and may have them anywere in the world within 24 hours for a strike force or 48 hours for a full deployment and ross, has dusty given your troops back yet?
