I'm not familiar with Oblivion, so I couldn't answer. I will tell you that this idea is not independent, however, as I did receive inspiration from (believe it or not) Golden Eye on N64 - pick up the shields for a health bonus (There may be other games similar, but I personally don't own any game counsels, and RS is my only major game). If you, or someone else would care to explain Oblivion to me, please do. This would give your character a "buffer" - as a way to max over stats. I am familiar with Oblivion. And, yes, it is. The armors have extra attributes that will increase your max health, but as your new maxed health degrades, so do the extra attributes, and thus recharging like mentioned above.

if in real life, you discard your pets this often, something is very wrong. if not, you've just invalidated your own argument. also i personally do not find the 'raising' phase in runescape to be all that great. and "a few less" would be x-y where x is the initial number of pets, and y is the number of pets afterwards oh right we're supposed to post our opinions, i agree that when you get to 99, and are a supposed master of the skill, you should be able to keep all the pets at once. it really would not greatly hurt jagex, since most people do not collect numerous pets. My point was that in real life, when a dog gets too old, or too much of a problem, you either put it to sleep or give it away. Most of the time, you would get a new dog, usually a puppy. RS obviously doesn't have much of a time scale, so you can pretty much decide when its too old and you get a new one. You can only have one pet out at a time, so why not cycle them? If anything it keeps you busy, trying to raise a new pet.

Do you have pets in real life for the sake of collecting them, and having 50 of them? Maybe if your crazy. The enjoyment is raising it. So ditch an old pet, get the parrot, and maybe later replace another pet with the first one. You obviously have plenty of eggs, so, go ahead. Whats a few less?

Not really. All the player has to do is have 1M gold already, and the seller has 1M gold, so they duel, 1M stakes, and so the RWT sells his gold with one shot. This would be JUST like the old dueling. Money would be flying in and out.

Hell, 30k xp sounds fine for me. Id do it once a day. It just takes a little time and is like a daily activity. You people gladly spend time each week to do the penguin hunt for a little XP, so why not spend some time each day to get 30k FREE RUNECRAFT XP. 210,000 per week. 840,000 xp per month. You can get 99 runecrafting without even trying.

Sorry, how is that the best powertraining axe? We need minigames, to take a break from skilling, have fun with friends, and general rewards from them. Being Cutting teaks and droping them the best woodcutting power training method, and as the adze burn automaticly 33% of your logs cut, then you spend more time cutting, less time dropping, and with the speed of a dragon axe, the infer no adze surpasses Dragon Axe by far. Its is not good for effective woodcutting because it would burn down yews and magics too. Understood? peace And because its on fire :shock:

I think it would work better the other way around. Drop value proportional to the cap. So you can have a party with 5 people, but if your dropping 1M, your only going to have 50k or so dropped. Every time the party is restarted, there is still equal chance for people to come in. If your thinking "Well the same 5 people come and they keep dropping 50k" This can already be done. There is a minimum value for the party to be announced, and if its under that, you can successfully transfer money. Its small amount (I won't be sharing to circumvent the trade limit) but its enough to get something done in a certain amount of time.

Yeah, there should be a cap. Thats the problem. There are too many people, too hard to get drops. The bankers/people should only announce 30 seconds before the drop. Cap of 100 people. Once a countdown starts, everyone is ejected but the dropper and doors shut and lock. If for some reason they don't all come, the drop value is percentaged. (1M would be slashed to 500k if only 50 people came and the last 500k would remain in the chest) Once the balloons are popped, the people are released and the doors are unlocked. People are free to re-drop but once you start the countdown, the doors lock and everyone but the dropper is ejected.
