Java is what writes it to the DB, so, Javas limit is THE LIMIT. And, yes, 2.147 Bil is the money cap, as it makes more sense to let you have the most amount of money.

Not to mention that the way you layed out the skill is horrible, but, Ill take a stab in the dark. This skill is about a series of quests, doing each one advances the skill? How does this take any skill? Quests are already known to be easy enough as it is due to the fact that a guide can be used and they are finished in a half an hour. This, is just, stupid. There is nothing unique about this, it might as well just be new quest ideas. And the fact that Highlander is a copyrighted name.

Regardless of the time, this is an epic update. People like to play minigames anyway, so, do this in your spare time, stock up on things, and buy tools? This is free exp we are talking about people, you cant ask for much better.

A dragon pickaxe along with a mining update would be nice. Not anything like that TzHarr quest. Worthless ores no one mines. I mean like a new area, close to a bank, that would make people want to mine. Maybe with some special thing like an entrance fee, but nice rocks and maybe even gem rocks.

The thing I see a problem with is new cities. What will make people go? Will they be out of the way? What will they offer? Will it offer more than other cities? A mine is great, but would varrock or falador mines be better due to bank location/resources available? Will you have to do so many things to make it not worth wanting to go to them? If they want a new mega city like varrock or falador, Id say adding a new magic spell to get there, and no quests to use it. Maybe mid level, and use more than normal runes.

I'd use that if only I had barrage spells :-k OP: can't really complain. Try slayer. Lot's of charms there. Barrage is expensive. Go with burst instead. Much better.
