you have to get your own herbs which knocks off 3 bones per trip with 2 herbs and tinderbox if you go to somebody else's house, I'd say its fast because you can help light the burners but 2x slower

Yeah i get like around 3m per 100%. Any hot zone place, just 4 item and protect when someone attacks. Put protect item and protect from melee as quick prayers. What is there to explain?

For some reason, the fishing holes don't move often in pvp worlds at the fishing guild. It's a safe zone there so you can afk big time if you want. (Might have changed)
