A tip for your agility level if your not using energy's: I usually turn my run on right before enering the wildy. I run, tele port, and do my thing until I'm in the center ring of the abyss, where its safe. from there i walk craft tele bank and usually right when i get back to wil i am or am very close to 100%. When you stop running, your probably going to be between 75-80& energy.

Im only 62 rc (no giant puch) and I can get 1k in 45-50 minutes, which is my average time. Ive heard people averaging 1400-1500 with giant puch

Fast free Laws - world 66. There are Law crafters and runners who run back and forth with 25-27 ess and trade the crafters their ess and get that many laws back plus noted ess. Bank + repeat. its REALLY good exp for the crafters.
