    i think they should be super over powered (except combat ones, or maybe only in non pvp fights) as a 99 is a big achievement, maybe things like prayer lasts 2 times longer, agility can last forever always run! thieveing you never get caught thieveing from monsters lvl 50 and below. but knowing jagex it'll be another low update whereby they look good but have no real purpose

    we dont have it in england but most of the year 11's (last year of school) do something im in year 11 so should get thinking heh, last year they stole all the clocks..may not seem bad but everyone was like wth whats the time!!!
