This is where I have always trained in F2P, but not because of the limps, but because of the runes drops. I also have a high enough combat level that I rarely need food.

It's hard to tell right now, because the item is so new, no price has been "set" for the item. I have seen Willows comp bows go for 20k to 150k within an hour of each other. It really depends on how bad the buyer want the item.

Don't train Strength with a Whip, it's to slow. The best Wep for training Str is a Dragon Scimmy, but since the quest is so hard, most people use a Dragon Long.

I don't think that a game pad (if I know what one is) will work with Runescape. Runescape is set up to allow input from the keyboard and mouse, but nothing else.
