Those quotes were taken from the official Runescape forums, on a Smithing guide wrote by a level 98 Miner, 96 Smither, and 89 Crafter. I would trust his experience.

Most computers will shut down when the overheat. Runescape is a very CPU demanding game, and therefore the fans will turn on to prevent overheating. You may just need new fans. Also, as said before, tray setting you laptop on a hard surface next time.

It depends what monster you get, and how many of them. I got 35 slayer in 2 assignments, Werewolves and Blue Dragons.

I don't know the amounts, but the abyss is much more dangerous then normal, but it is faster. Your choice.

With the Baby blue dragons, you don't have to kill them in the big room, go southwest of that and there are 3 baby blues down there with no mommas around, thus eleminating the need for the anit dragon shield.

This is what I did, and what I'm doing now, this is what I reccomend.
