Magic, just because it has more practical uses like teleports, contacting certain NPC's, spells that help you in certain skills, spells that help you when fighting or boosting up allies stats. Range has well... A crossbow with fairly nice bolts, but because no one really wants to waste dragonstones and oynx gems on them it's kinda useless, also normal bows, and the only reason I really like range, exploding hamsters! :D I'd still go with magic though, exploding hamsters isn't enough to change my mind.

In Jagex eye's this is how they view the one month comment: You are not even going to pay for it, you will cheat us out of money, and leave the burden on someone else's credit card? We have put our heart and souls into this making game, and your going to not even pay a mere 5 dollars for a month's worth of fun, and on top of that the credit card isn't even yours? Doesn't take a geneous to know what he's doing is going to bite him in the [wagon] in the long run, this is not going to benefit your friend in any way, shape or form, he will not get away with this. I'll tell you this much though, after Jagex finds out, your friend will never have to be worrying about being hacked ever again. I know i'm being harsh here, but if your friend doesn't learn to pay for things he will end up in jail someday. You may be thinking about "So what, it's just a game that costs 5 dollars" but that will escalate, thieves start small, and only get more greedy over time.

Once you have joined a channel in the top right corner of the messaging screen it has a list of options: Help R I Lst RC DC X. If you click the Lst button it will bring up a list of all the channels, you'll be able to find a good pest control world if you wait a minute and watch the top of the list, chances are you'll find 4-10 of them but some of which have requirements you do not meet. After words just click the DC button to disconnect from the channel and type in the channel you wish to join, and there you go. Best of luck!

This is true, Jagex will allow you to use SwiftSwitch, but doesn't recommened it just because they like to hold our hands and believe we can't make our own choices. As far as Tip.It goes, they do not recommend, nor do they even like to talk about this program, they won't even allow you to post a screenshot with a 3rd party client involved. SwiftSwitch is fine with Jagex, but not with Tip.it, so your good to go. :D

I believe you do need 60 defense to wear them. Would be pretty unfair to see a level 30 wearing barrows gloves wouldn't it?

I don't honestly have experience with this, but as far as Runescape rules go, I'll tell you what I know. From what your telling us is that someone outside your friends immediate family is paying for his membership, which is against the rules. As far as I know these people may be able to get his password because they'll be able to ask JAGeX to change the password, because they might have enough information to "prove" it is their account. My advice would be to tell your friend to CANCEL the membership ASAP, change his password, account details etc, and just pray that nothing bad happens, this isn't a good situation at all to get caught up in. Especially if this credit card number is a fraud, Jagex will find out very fast, and if worse comes to worse he might get into some trouble with more then just JAGeX, credit card companies and the law do not take lightly to this kind of act. When you build the marble burners you build TWO meaning both at the same time, thus, whatever materials it says you need you just get those. So basically all you need is 2 marble blocks and 2 steel bars. Enjoy your Marble burners and most likely a guilded alter, they're fantastic for prayer experience. :D

My advice would be to get Runecrafting. Air runes are a great way to start off making a few hundred thousand, maybe even a million. They'll help you build up to your eventual path of nature runes which are extremely profitable. Some short term ways to earn money would be stuff like mining pure essence, picking flax, selling yew logs, mining coal and stuff. Here's a great link to make some cash: Wurm's Moneymaking Booklet - Format Revamped! (Aug2006)(AoW) Although it is a few months old, it's is a amazing guide to earning some money, and would be great for your situation since your fairly new to Runescape. #PC would be a good one for you, just because they're no requirements. I'd tell you more, but all the good ones are 110+. 8-) Best of luck, you could also use the list function to find ones, the pc channels are more-so at the top of the list.

Also, would like to point out that the point that Harrington made, you would have to keep track of it to keep a steady profit rate, if you just forget about it for a while at some point you'll be actually losing money. My suggestion would to buy some cheap rare, like a pumpkin, disk or easter egg and wait. But all in all, this depends how long of a break your taking, if it's a few months maybe just keep the money, if it's long term invest in a rare, or short term use it in Miscellania.

To get to ardougne you could take a ship from Brimhaven to get there, brimhaven is west from karamja. As for piscatoris, there isn't a ship that leads there, you have to either walk there from the grand tree area, or use the fairy ring code: AKQ to get there, but it requires the completion of a few quests to get access to it.

Yes, it does work. But keep in mind that the crystal saw only works on actual furniture and doesn't work on tree's (I made that mistake :oops: )
