  1. Well, for me depending on how hard and the amount of my homework I'll often do it while doing a 'semi-afk' skill, I'll do something like fishing and woodcutting while I do homework, study.. etc, multi-tasking FTW! As for your social life, hang out with your friends, go to school, eventually get a job and all that good stuff. A social life is more important then having that extra fishing level, or item you desire, keep that in mind. Just remember, Runescape is a GAME. Don't let it run your life, in the end it's merely something you may look back on and say "What the heck, why did I waste my time here" or you may not. It's just how you see it. Edit: Make friends with someone who will call you non-stop so eventually they'll drive you mad and you'll have to come outside, it helped me alot. Women also work there (also helped me!). :D
  2. Well, here's my dilemma. I currently have 58k Maple logs all gathered from Miscellania and was hoping to get 99 firemaking someday with them, of course, still needing to get around 19k more maples, getting around ~800 maples a day it would take less then a month. I was looking at how many maples/yews I would need for 99 firemaking and here they are: Maples: 74,381 = 148-150k+ clicks* Yews: 49,588 = ~99-103k+ clicks* *Amount of clicks including clicking the log, tinderbox, and also includes banking trip clicks. PRETTY big difference, and anyone who's ever made fires before knows that it involves alot of clicking. So my question.. If you were in my position what would be more appealing to you. Maples: -Costs Less -Slower experience -50k or so more clicks compared to yews. Yew logs: -Cost more, approx: 10mil I would need to earn -Faster experience -ALOT LESS clicking So, what'll it be: Should I earn 10 Million gold, or click 50,000 more times? it's a stupid question really, but wanted to get others opinions on this.
  3. I'm back from prison! After thieving for so long inside that pyramid the mummy had finally had enough, I was sentenced to prison for two months! But, as decietful as I am, I merely tricked the guard into letting me go for an "evening stroll" and made my way out, plain and simple. On a more serious note! I can't believe people actually still are posting, I sort of gave up thieving because it got pretty boring, but I'll try and do more as I can, but life's been real busy for me really, only really get to play a little every so often, so I'll try and do what I can. This thread will now also show my other goals and achievements for future use. So plan to see more then just thieving!
  4. Ouch? Hate to say it, but Jagex just owned your pure. Just drop it if you can't complete it, or, heaven forbid get 4 defense levels.

Personally I've had some "so-so" acne when I was younger (these days I have a very small amount/no pimples), and by that I mean it wasn't unbearable, nor was it great to live with. I've found that it was mostly caused by stress, but that can be different from person to person mind you. I didn't really care for those products that claim they cure acne, I've tried one of the really older types called Oxy, garbage really. Didn't really help, smelled funny and just a waste of time I found. So I kinda just lived through it day by day, having a good diet really seems to help. Eating alot of greasy foods, drinking tons of soda, no exercise, alot of stress seem to be some of the most common things that affect acne. I don't really have advice for what to "cure" acne with, just live with it. It's most likely only until purberty ends. My advice is just to try and not freak out about it, eat healthy and clean your face and neck daily, and just remember, your not the first one to have it, nor will you be the last.
  6. Trust me, when I was a F2P (quite some time ago I'll add) I had the same general idea to do that with power amulets, and selling them for 10k each. It took AGES to sell them, and I had a couple hundred to sell, the most I sold was three at once, it's seriously takes a priests patience to try and sell alot of them. I'd recommend not even bothering, if you want the experience go for it. But, it's nearly impossible to find someone buying amulets in mass numbers.
  7. Some of the possible answers are: Wind, Fire, Mind, Mage, Tree, Life, or Time. Try using this guide http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?rs2quest_id=79
  8. I found the warriors guild a great place to try and improve reflexes, the area where you use a shield and switch between combat styles to block attacks is a pretty good way. It's basically the same re-action time as when fighting jad.
  9. Pest control for training combat levels fast and efficiently while making money at the same time. Also, Check out this guide! for more money making tips.
  10. Good luck man, your almost there! =D> F2P rune smither FTW! \
  11. Best of luck man, it's a long road but if you keep at it and keep your mind on what's in store for you once you reach them goals you'll get there in no time at all! :
  12. Edit: WHOOPS, completely almost made a fool of myself. Best of luck with getting 1.4 Million willow logs, that sure is going to take alot of time. But, keep at it.
  13. They heal 2 life, and give 10% energy each. White ones also do the same.
  14. Are you sure you have all the right equipment? A ring of life, an uncharged glory and an adamant two handed sword? Try re-reading the clue just incase.
  15. Well, go to Sophanem which is way, way south of Shantay pass (takes two carpet rides to reach there) and then enter the city. You'll see the Pyramid Plunder temple, head south from it and there's another pyramid near the Sphinx with a cat symbol on the door. Rather simple really.
  16. Well, I wasn't fully sure where to post this really. Kirk, is it alright if I sign up for the trip on monday and thursday if they're open? I believe I'm ready and roaring to whoop some kings. :D PS. Was this supposed to go in the Activities section of the gof website? Because it doesn't seem to be updated. Edit: Well I just learned how different are time zones are, so I can only really join on saturday/sundays because it's noon my time. And, monday-friday I'll be at school. #-o I just got this month off for finals, so I'm hoping to join you guys a few times at least.
  17. Stew: You have to make it yourself. White berries: Red Dragon Isle around level 40 wilderness, and in Tirannwn near Lletya. Also can be grown in farming. Barley Malt: Grow barley, and cook on a range.
  18. Taken from the Firemaking skill guide on Tip.It "To make Lamp Oil, get some Swamp tar (which you can pick up in Lumbridge Swamp or Mort Myre Swamp). Use it with the 'Lamp Oil Still' on the table inside the Chemist's house in Rimmington. (Not the Fractionalizing Still outside.) Then use your Oil Lamp, Oil Lantern or Bullseye Lantern with the still to collect your Lamp Oil. Oil refills are never needed."
  19. Try using this: Wurm's Moneymaking Booklet - Format Revamped! (Aug2006)(AoW) It's posted in the Archive of Wisdom, it's a little old. But the general guides are really great. Also, for prices of items to this current day: Zybez's Marketplace Guide! The best website for prices, most accurate, and constantly upgraded.
  20. I'd have to say "Lol" because it's almost impossible to chat with some people (random people lets say) without hearing that word at least a few times.
  21. Awesome, now that video is what I've been waiting for! It's really a big help, thanks you guys for making it to help the less experienced out there (like myself). : I'm hoping to join you guys real soon on a trip, and make some cash like the real men do! Edit: How much different is magic compared to range, like, once you enter the rangers/meleers will attack Supreme. But do the mages just run to the i'm guessing south eastern corner to mage Rex while the rangers keep the other two Kings busy?
  22. 1. Zybez's Marketplace Guide! 2. You could try killing the apes inside the temple on Ape Atoll, those are great to Dharok, so I've heard. PS. MrRiCH, why does your signature links contain the word keylogger in them.. :-s
  23. Well, sorry to say that Tip.it's guide is pretty poor. Try using this one posted in the Archive of Wisdom: http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=591439 Pretty much has all you need to know, and even more!
  24. Ya, each time you kill her, you gain the ability to buy 1 granite body. Save yourself the trouble, if you truly want the Granite body just purchase it from other players. Spend your points on gambling or something rather then waste your "Kill Queen" point on it.
